David leads the UK Advisory team and has over 20 years of experience in the financial sector, having spent the last 10 years focused on turnaround, performance improvement, debt advisory and stakeholder management.
David Fleming is a managing director in the Restructuring practice, based in the Manchester office. David leads the UK Advisory team and has over 20 years of experience in the financial sector, having spent the last 10 years focused on turnaround, performance improvement, debt advisory and stakeholder management.
Prior to joining Kroll, David was the finance director at a venture capital-backed Fast Track 100 company. Earlier in his career, he undertook an 18-month secondment in a restructuring team at a global bank, where he helped restructure companies during the financial crisis.
David has worked on numerous assignments for management teams, banks, asset-based lenders, private equity and key financial stakeholders implementing turnaround solvent restructuring strategies to preserve value.
David is a qualified accountant and holds the CPI qualification.
