Jacob Silverman is Chief Executive Officer of Kroll and a member of the company’s board of directors. Prior to that, he served as President from September 2013 to December 2020. He has played an integral role in growing the company since 2005, from approximately 100 employees to nearly 6,500 employees globally. Jacob joined the firm in March 2004 and became Head of Investment Banking in March 2011, after serving as Chief Financial Officer for five years.

Prior to joining Kroll, he was with Stone Ridge Partners LLC, a mergers and acquisitions advisory firm focused on middle market companies. Jacob joined Stone Ridge Partners from Atomica Corporation, a venture-backed enterprise software company, where he served as Vice President of finance and acting CFO. Prior to Atomica, he worked for Oak Hill Advisors, a private investment firm.
