As published in Thomson Reuters’ “ First Nine Months 2014 Mergers and Acquisitions Review,” Duff & Phelps tied for first for number of U.S. announced fairness opinions. Duff & Phelps also ranked second in announced global fairness opinions for the first nine months 2014. The league table is published by Thomson Reuters on a quarterly basis.
Duff & Phelps also tied for seventh in middle market M&A transactions (deal size<$200 million), according to Thomson Securities Q3 2014 data.
