Alan Brill Discusses Global Fraud and Risk Report Findings With Corporate Counsel

In an interview with Corporate Counsel regarding the findings uncovered in Kroll’s Global Fraud and Risk Report 2019/20, Alan Brill, Senior Managing Director in the Cyber Risk practice of Kroll, a division of Duff and Phelps, highlighted the evolution of cyber threats and the role played by internal employees and contractors.

The report uncovered that 45% of internal fraud and 44% of internal leak incidents were caused by employees. In the article, Alan stresses the role of corporate counsel in carrying reasonable oversight of the technology being deployed by their business.
