Ann Gittleman Quoted in Forbes on Paycheck Protection Fraud

Ann Gittleman, Managing Director in the Disputes Consulting practice, discusses the Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) and the resulting fraud in a recent Forbes article. 

Ann said, “Fraud can occur within the PPP in several ways, and enhanced controls could be put into place to prevent it in the second round of PPP. Improper use by borrowers may corrode public trust in the program, which is intended to provide direct incentive for small businesses to keep their workers on the payroll.
