Duff & Phelps Institute Chief Strategist Chris Campbell talks about Federal Reserve rate cuts and market expectations on CNBC Squawk Box.
Chris said the firm’s clients expect a rate cut at least once between now and the end of this year and maybe one more. He said the Fed typically doesn't intervene in election years because they are usually more volatile.
"I think they want to do what they can between now and the end of the year is to make sure that we are in a good and steady position that will get us through the end of the next year," he concluded.
