Daniel Linskey Discusses Ghost Gun Threat with The Boston Globe

Gun parts and kits to build guns are available for purchase without a license and individual gun parts are not legally considered guns, making it legal to build a firearm at home. 

Daniel Linskey, Managing Director in the Security Risk Management practice of Kroll, a division of Duff & Phelps, was featured in the Boston Globe discussing the danger of ghost guns: “a firearm without a serial number or any other distinguishing markings to trace its ownership and history,” and the need to address and mitigate the creation of ghost guns.
