Matthew Dunn Quoted on Cyber Risk in the Cannabis Industry

Matt Dunn, Associate Managing Director in Kroll’s Cyber Risk practice, was quoted in several media outlets following authorship of his whitepaper titled, “Growing Cyber Threats Against Cannabis Retailers.”

In the whitepaper, Matt discusses risks associated with cyber crime in the growing cannabis industry, and need for vigilance and resiliency for business owners to protect themselves.

Dunn told Cannabis Dispensary: “It doesn't matter what type of business you’re in [or] whether you're an individual or small-, medium- or large-sized company. Everyone is being targeted today, just because the information that has been stored electronically is worth so much money on the dark web to other criminals.”
