Join Kroll’s Keith Wojcieszek and Samuel Jacobs for the annual French-American Cyber Security Conference, on September 17-18. This year’s conference is focused on emerging cyberspace challenges, including 5G security risks and social media governance. Keith will also join a panel discussing strategies to mitigate information manipulation on social media.

Most people get their news from social media, and the proliferation of information manipulation techniques is an evolving threat for democracies, human rights activities, and businesses especially as “fake news” are becoming more common and harder to identify, thanks to detailed fake profiles, deep fakes, etc.

This panel, organized by the French-American Society, will explore how the threat has evolved other the past years, how democracies and businesses have been impacted by these threats, and discuss potential solutions to minimize the risks they pose.
