We are thrilled to have Nicola Palios as our guest speaker. Nicola is a barrister and a Jersey advocate who spent 25 years working in the corporate and fund administration sectors, culminating in the role of CEO of the Mourant Group. Following the successful sale of the Mourant Group’s businesses to State Street, Royal Bank of Canada and HBoS, Nicola set up her consultancy business primarily offering due diligence services to investors in corporate, fund and fiduciary services businesses. She is also the owner and vice chairman of Tranmere Rovers Football Club, and holds a small number of non-executive directorships.
