  • Los Angeles Police Department (LAPD) Quarterly Reports
    On June 15, 2001, the City of Los Angeles and the Los Angeles Police Department (LAPD) entered into a Consent Decree with the Department of Justice. The Consent Decree provides specific guidelines designed to institute new policies and procedures to reform conduct of the LAPD. Kroll was hired to act as the Independent Monitor and to ensure that Consent Decree reforms are implemented in an effective and timely manner.
  • Detroit Police Department Quarterly Reports
    On June 12, 2003, the U.S. Department of Justice and the City of Detroit selected Sheryl Robinson Wood to serve as the Independent Monitor, with the assistance of Kroll, responsible for overseeing reforms in the Detroit Police Department.
  • Pennsylvania State Police Quarterly Reports
    On November 11, 2003, Pennsylvania Governor Edward G. Rendell selected Kroll to evaluate changes made by the Pennsylvania State Police as they relate to sexual misconduct and sexual harassment.
