Albert has over 20 years of experience in legal services, specifically in corporate restructuring. He has courtroom experience in high volume cases, emphasizing a service-focused mentality for clients across a range of diverse and often opposing constituent groups.
Prior to joining Kroll, he spent the last 12 years as case manager for Chief United States Bankruptcy Judge David R. Jones. In that role, Albert was also responsible for overseeing the complex Chapter 11 case docket in the Southern District of Texas.
Albert has a bachelor’s degree in interdisciplinary studies from the University of Houston-Downtown.
