Prior to joining Kroll, Ana was a Partner at KPMG, where she worked for 33 years, becoming a Partner in 2000. During this time, she was Head of the Valuation practice for Spain and a Member of KPMG's Global Valuation Committee. She was also Head of Deal Advisory Digital Transformation, Head of Corporate Development for KPMG Spain, and Head of Enterprise Information Management.
During her time at KPMG, Ana participated as a Lecturer and Speaker in numerous seminars, mainly on business valuation and intangible asset valuation.
Ana is also a Deal Advisory Partner in the life sciences boutique VC Biolaw.
Ana holds an MBA from Instituto de Empresa and a Master's Degree in economics and business administration from the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid. She also received a Máster in Financial Markets and Sustainable Finance from Intefi Escuela de Negocios and the Universidad Pontificia de Salamanca. Further to this, Ana holds a diploma of participation in the IESE Business School- Asociación Española de Directivos (AED)- KPMG training program: "From Executive to Board Member" and a diploma for the participation in the "Digital Transformation for Executives" online program offered by ISDI.
Ana is the Member of the Spanish Institute of Accountants and Auditors (ROAC), and she has obtained the CISI Level 3 Certificate in Wealth & Investment Management. She has also passed the Curso de contenido MiFID II (Legislación y Fiscalidad Españolas) exam.
