Prior to joining Kroll, Anna worked in the fixed income group of Deutsche Bank.
Anna has valued common stock, preferred stock, stock options, debt instruments and intangible assets, such as: customer relationships, patents and technical know-how, trademarks and trade names, non-compete agreements, assembled workforce, in-process research and development and other forms of intellectual property. The purposes of these valuations and financial advisory services include, acquisitions, divestitures, pre-transaction valuation analyses and advisory services, purchase price allocations, goodwill and asset impairment, estate and gift taxes, and strategic planning.
Anna’s significant clientele includes Fortune 500 companies from the industrial, retail, and food and beverage industries.
Anna received a B.S. in finance and accounting from New York University’s Stern School of Business. She also holds the professional designation of Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charterholder.
