Annabelle has led and managed complex debt restructurings, turnarounds, liquidations and receiverships across Southeast Asia, Hong Kong, China and the United States. Her experience covers financial restructurings, liquidations, financial advisory engagements and receiverships. Her responsibilities include strategic review of business plans, evaluating and negotiating various transactions, drafting and reviewing transaction documents, analyzing and adjudicating creditor claims, financial modeling, and cash management.
Some of Annabelle's most significant assignments include the restructuring and sale of a Singapore petrochemical facility with a project cost of over US$2.4 billion, and the cross-border restructuring of an international chemical, oil and gas ship owning business. She has also worked on several high-profile cross-border liquidation assignments.
Prior to joining Kroll, Annabelle worked at an investment bank, where she advised on debt restructurings, mergers and acquisitions, and capital raisings. She started her career as part of the Assurance and Advisory team at a Big Four accounting firm in Singapore, where she was involved in auditing government statutory boards and Singapore- and US-listed entities.
Annabelle is a member of the Turnaround Management Association, Singapore and Southeast Asia Chapter and a Member of the IWIRC International Women's Insolvency & Restructuring Confederation. She holds a Bachelor of Accounting from Nanyang Technological University. Annabelle has obtained US GAAP accreditation at the general knowledge level. She is fluent in English and Chinese, and conversant in Bahasa Indonesia.
