Arya’s work has involved valuation of business interests, debt securities, preferred and common securities, and intangible assets and intellectual property for a variety of purposes, including transaction pricing, financing, financial reporting (ASC 805, 350, 360, 820 and 718), due diligence, domestic and international tax, joint venture formation, litigation, arbitration, mediation, and stock option pricing.
Past and current clients range in size from private, early-stage companies to Fortune 500 public companies in the entertainment, media, internet/e-commerce, video games and software industries.
In addition, Arya has led the valuation of several sports franchises and underlying assets, including media rights, trade names, and athletes’ names, images, and likenesses.
Arya holds a B.S. in business administration from the University of Southern California. He is also a chartered financial analyst charterholder. Arya is a member of the Milken Institute Young Leaders Circle.
