Beau’s consulting work has involved transfer pricing issues such as tangible product flows, intangible property valuation, services and cost allocations, and intercompany financing and guarantees. He has also applied transfer pricing principles in non-tax contexts, such as benchmarking analysis used for fairness opinions and setting arm’s length terms where conflicts of interest exist.
Beau’s industry experience includes consumer products, retail, manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, transportation services, natural resources, real estate, information technology and financial services, among others. He has also been a conference speaker on transfer pricing matters such as practical compliance strategies, regulatory developments, and intercompany debt.
Beau joined Kroll (formerly Duff & Phelps) in 2012. He previously worked for Ceteris, and before that, spent five years with the transfer pricing practice of BDO USA, LLP in New York. Beau has an MBA from the Johnson School, Cornell University, and a BA in Economics and International Relations from Lehigh University.
