Bob has experience across a wide range of industries, including the healthcare services, manufacturing, distribution, consumer products, retail, and financial services sectors where he has led financial due diligence efforts to report on quality of earnings, net working capital and quality of revenue.
Bob is experienced in analyzing revenue and profitability trends, carve-out financial statements and the earnings impact of recent changes in the target business to ensure the client’s financial model accurately reflects recurring earnings. In addition, he specializes in performing analysis over Management’s cost accounting and inventory reserve methodologies to assess conformity with US GAAP and to identify potential one-time items impacting the target’s recurring earnings.
Prior to joining Kroll, Bob was a member of the audit practice at KPMG, LLP.
Bob received his Bachelor and Master of Science in Accountancy from the College of Business at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. He is a Certified Public Accountant (inactive) and a registered FINRA representative (Series 63 and 79).
