Brendan focuses on transactions for both private equity and strategic buyers across a broad range of industries, including healthcare and life sciences, technology, professional services, specialty finance, and industrials. He has led several buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence engagements in the middle and lower-middle market segments.
Prior to joining the firm, Brendan worked in PwC’s audit practice, where he gained experience with clients in the real estate and financial services industries.
Brendan received his Master of Accounting degree from the Eli Broad School of Business at Michigan State University and B.A. in Accounting degree from Michigan State University. Brendan is a Certified Public Accountant, registered in the state of Illinois and Michigan.
