Brian has led numerous intellectual property implementations for a large technology clients with the following strategic objectives:

Achieve higher quality and increased volume of case review through a state of the art end-to-end solution;

Enable greater efficiency, resource optimization, improved self-service, and overall performance gains through the consolidation of a highly complex ecosystem;

Build confidence in the data quality through data governance best practices, which will provide for ease of data extraction, searching and report building across all modules; and

Change the model of frequent customizations and develop a culture that refocuses attorneys and paralegals from tools to substantive prosecution and review.
Prior to Kroll, Brian was a founder of Solstice Software Inc. where we incubated a next generation event mobile ecosystem that connected entertainment providers, surrounding merchants, and consumers.
Previously Brian was an Executive Leader for Conductiv Software where he took a new product to market, enabled the partner channel, and completed long term production SAAS license agreements with large fortune 100 companies.
As a Financial Leader for two School Districts, Brian improved fund balances and developed fiscal and operational efficiencies through the use of performance management and information technology initiatives.
Throughout his career with Microsoft, Brian led large engineering teams develop state of the art Anti-Piracy, Patent Management and Case Management solutions for Microsoft’s Law and Corporate Affairs division. Later he provided Enterprise Architecture services to Microsoft’s Sales and Marketing Division by conducting portfolio consolidation, master data management roadmap planning, and led architectural alignment reviews.
Brian earned his B.S. degree in Computing Science from Linfield College.
