He has wide-ranging experience in project advisory and programming aspects at all stages of construction projects. He has worked with large contractors and multi-national consultancy companies operating mainly in Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
He has gained on-site experience working as a team member in large energy, transportation, infrastructure, and commercial building projects and has provided specialist planning advisory to numerous international construction projects in EMEA.
He draws on his experience in forensic planning analysis and delay analysis techniques to produce expert witness reports and support construction claims.
Caner holds a BSc in Civil Engineering and an MSc (Hons) in Construction Management and Planning from Middle East Technical University.
