She specializes in consulting with clients on the potential tax impacts of a transaction, which includes tax due diligence, tax modeling and transaction structuring. She is a client-focused professional with clients spread across every industry. Her clients include private equity, closely held businesses and large corporations.
Prior to joining Kroll, Chelsie helped grow the M&A tax practice at Cohen & Company. Previously, she has also held M&A tax roles at both Deloitte and Grant Thornton.
Chelsie holds a Juris Doctor degree from Loyola University Chicago with a concentration in taxation, and she holds undergraduate degrees in English, philosophy and environmental studies from Western Michigan University. Chelsie is a licensed attorney in Illinois and is a member of both the Chicago Bar Association and the Illinois Bar Association.
