Chris leverages over eight years of experience in advising high-street banks, building societies and private clients for a variety of purposes, including restructuring/distressed situations, asset management and secured lending. He has also been involved in the acquisition and disposal of a variety of commercial properties for a number of private clients.
Prior to joining Kroll, Chris was a surveyor at a national UK firm of chartered surveyors specializing in disposals and strategic advice. In addition, Chris spent a period of time at a major UK specialist property lender, where he advised the Credit function on property-specific issues.
Chris holds a Bachelor of Science (Hons.) degree from Sheffield Hallam University. Additionally, he is a Chartered Surveyor, a Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) Registered Valuer, a member of RICS, and a trainee member of the Association for Property & Fixed Charge Receivers (NARA).
