As General Counsel, Chris provides the leadership team and board of directors with advice on company strategies and their implementation, manages the global legal function and oversees the work of outside counsel in supporting Kroll’s business objectives and managing risk.
Previously, Chris held the title of Managing Director and Deputy General Counsel of Kroll and oversaw the legal function globally, leading a team of 25 lawyers. Prior to joining Kroll in 2007, Chris served in inside counsel roles for Solvay, The BISYS Group and Hewlett-Packard, and as an Associate at the law firm Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman. He also served as an Intelligence Officer in the U.S. Navy.
Chris received a B.A. from Union College and a J.D. from The College of William and Mary.
