Prior to joining Kroll, Clara worked for the Urban Redevelopment Authority and Land Transport Authority in Singapore. She was involved in a wide range of public sector projects throughout the project lifecycle from upfront strategic and master planning on a national scale to managing the design, construction and delivery of major infrastructure projects in Singapore.
Clara obtained a Singapore government agency scholarship to study at the University of Cambridge, where she received a Master of Engineering with distinction and a Bachelor of Arts with first class honors in civil engineering. She is also a Project Management Professional®. Clara speaks English and Mandarin.
