Global Head of Breach Notification, Cyber Risk

Denyl Green is Global Head of Breach Notification in the Cyber and Data Resilience business, based in Portland.

Denyl leads the Breach Notification team that provides comprehensive services to assist clients in meeting data breach regulation requirements, including notification to impacted individuals, call center support, credit and identity monitoring and identity theft restoration.

Denyl leverages more than 17 years of experience in breach response. With a deep knowledge of data incident response to drive security and operational advances, she supports clients in ensuring compliance with the regulatory requirements of the industry. Denyl has supported clients through several data breach responses across all industries, including federal and government agencies.

Prior to joining Kroll, Denyl served as Vice President of Client Services at IDX, formerly ID Experts, leading exponential growth of the Breach Response Team during a period of rapid business expansion and ensuring  smooth execution of incident response projects. Her responsibilities included management of IDX’s project delivery teams, restoration and member service teams  and oversight of external third-party vendors.

Denyl has a proven track record of optimizing solutions, that includes developing and implementing operational processes and procedures to boost efficiency and achieve cost savings, as well as leading initiatives to enhance customer service processes.

Denyl received a B.S. in psychology and sociology from Ball State University.
