Denyl oversees print, data and client services for Kroll’s Identity Theft and Breach Notification division. Her teams assist clients to meet data breach regulation requirements, including notification to impacted individuals and corresponding services.
Denyl leverages more than 15 years of experience in identity theft and breach response, harnessing deep knowledge of data incident response to drive security and operational advances while ensuring compliance with the regulatory requirements of the industry. She has supported clients through data breach responses across diverse industries, including many federal and government agencies.
Prior to joining Kroll, Denyl served as Vice President of Client Services at IDX, formerly ID Experts. She led the exponential growth of the Breach Response Team during a period of rapid business expansion; ensuring the smooth execution of incident response projects. Her responsibilities included managing IDX’s project delivery teams, restoration and member service teams and external third-party vendors (call center, print and translation services).
Denyl has a proven track record of optimizing solutions by developing and implementing operational processes and procedures to boost efficiency and achieve cost savings, as well as leading initiatives to enhance customer service processes.
Denyl holds a B.S. in psychology and sociology from Ball State University.
