Eric Barker

Eric is a Vice President in the Los Angeles office. He has over four years of experience advising clients on buy-side / sell-side M&A, strategic options, valuations and financial advisory. Eric’s experience spans across multiple healthcare subsectors including multisite physician services, HCIT and medical devices and equipment.

His recent transactions at Kroll include the sale of Cables & Sensors to PartsSource, AQREVA and DRS to UnisLink, the sale of TRI-AD to Navia Benefit Solutions, the sale of Medi-Weightloss to Audax Private Equity, the sale of Hands on Technology (dba TheraOffice) to Netsmart Technologies, the sale of AS Software to AEA Growth, the sale of Insignia Health to Phreesia (NYSE:PHR), the sale of The Wellness Network to WebMD, the sale of The Difference Card to Northlane Capital Partners and the sale of New Age Medical to Compass Group Equity Partners.

Eric graduated with a B.B.A. in Finance from Loyola Marymount University. He is a FINRA Registered Representative, holding the FINRA Series 63 and 79 licenses.
