Ezequiel has led valuation projects related to transactions (business valuations and acquisition valuations), fairness opinions, intangible assets, impairment tests and purchase price allocations, as well as modeling services for transaction processes. He has performed relevant projects in a wide range of industry sectors.
Ezequiel joined American Appraisal (now Kroll ) in 2012. Previously, he worked for Ernst & Young as a senior manager in the corporate finance department and recently for the valuation and business modelling practice. He also worked for a large utility group (Unión Fenosa) as a business development analyst and in a corporate finance boutique.
Ezequiel is a speaker at corporate valuation and corporate finance related seminars and conferences, and he has been invited as a guest to renewable energy and transport and logistics sector conferences.
