Fayez is a Senior Principal of Stone Point, helping lead the firm’s global investments in asset and wealth management, broker dealers, insurance run-off and outsourcing and technology.

Prior to joining Stone Point in 2003, Fayez worked at Credit Suisse First Boston as an analyst in the Financial Institutions Investment Banking Group and as a financial analyst at Aon Capital Markets. Fayez is currently the Lead Independent Director of Focus Financial Partners, a public company, and serves on the boards of the following private companies: Eliassen Group Holdings LP, Greenspoint Capital LLC, Kestra Financial, Inc., LegalShield, Newport Group Holdings, and SKY Harbor Capital LLC.

Fayez holds a Bachelor of Science from The Ohio State University and holds a Master of Business Administration from the Columbia University Graduate School of Business.
