Director, Delay Expert

Gareth is a director in the Expert Services practice, based in the London office. He is a geotechnical engineer and delay analyst with over nine years of professional experience in the construction and engineering industry. He has practised forensic delay analysis and been involved in the preparation of expert reports on delay and disruption analysis for a wide range of projects. He has firsthand experience in both international arbitration and adjudication.

Prior to joining Kroll, Gareth was an associate director at Blackrock Expert Services, which was acquired by Kroll in 2020.

Gareth has extensive experience on large infrastructure projects throughout Africa and the Middle East. He has also advised clients on rail facilities, dams, high-rise buildings and offshore energy projects. He has experience as an engineer in all stages of the project life cycle, from tendering through design, construction and construction supervision.

Gareth holds a postgraduate diploma in international construction contracts from Panthéon-Assas University Paris II.
