Gary advises a number of private investors, financial institutions, holding companies and Government entities across a variety of sectors including hospitality, education, commercial and the industrial and logistics sector.
His experience includes asset management of large commercial property portfolios for both private and public sector clients based within the UK. He has handled lease restructuring, lease renewals, rent reviews, equity rent reviews, business rate advice, acquisition and disposals.
Before moving to the UAE, Gary spent six years with Ryden LLP where he worked across the agency and development, valuation and asset management departments in Glasgow and Edinburgh, Scotland.
Gary holds a Master of Arts in management studies with economics from the University of Aberdeen, and a Master of Science in urban real estate management and development from Heriot-Watt University, Edinburgh. Gary has been a professional member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) since 2009 and is an accredited RICS Registered Valuer.
