Glen leverages more than 20 years of senior management experience in corporate legal operations, where he focused on improving legal service delivery, streamlining processes, enhancing client experience and leveraging cutting-edge technologies to better enable teams in large, complex environments.
Prior to joining Kroll, Glen served as Managing Director, Global Head of Legal Solutions, Operations and Data for JPMorganChase (JPMC), where he oversaw the legal department’s technology portfolio and helped lead a transformation, enhancing the value that legal provided to the business. Glen and his team strategically integrated emerging technologies within JPMC, including workflow and information governance tools, AI solutions applying advanced data analytics for predictive capabilities and a program for contract lifecycle management. Previously, Glen held the title of Managing Director, Global Head of Legal Discovery Management at JPMC, where he spearheaded the evolution of its eDiscovery department into an industry-leading entity managing thousands of matters that supported in-house and external counsel.
Glen has a track record of building and guiding global teams, including in the UK, U.S., Hong Kong, India and Argentina. With strong communication skills, he excels in bridging the gap between legal expertise and technological advancement, driving enhanced adoption and return on investment. He is widely recognized in the industry, especially within the financial services sector, as a trailblazer in eDiscovery and legal technology innovation, having led teams for both eDiscovery and legal operations.
Glen is a member of the Corporate Legal Operations Consortium and a frequent speaker at industry conferences. He has served as a faculty member for the Summit on Legal Innovation and Disruption Legal Operations Conference, where he shares practical insights and knowledge with legal professionals to promote industry growth.
Glen holds a B.S. in mathematics from the University of Houston and an M.S. in biostatics from the University of Vermont. He is a Certified eDiscovery Specialist.
