His experience as a buy-side investor and sell-side deal structurer provides the basis for Kroll’s valuation and advisory services for illiquid and hard-to-value investments throughout Europe and the U.S.

The primary focus of Greg’s work is assisting financial institutions’ investment, finance, and risk teams in solving complex challenges arising from changing capital markets and nuanced investment types. Greg is a regular speaker at aviation and structured products conferences and is a contributing author to global investment industry periodicals.

Before joining Kroll, Greg served on the investment team of Clavis Investment Group, a structured credit hedge fund focused on the junior piece of the capital structure in aviation, transportation, and esoteric securitizations. Prior to joining Clavis, Greg advised public and private companies on capital raising and asset structuring in the investment banking group of Brean Capital, a fixed-income-focused investment bank. Greg holds a B.S. from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
