Hamish has over 25 years of experience in mid-cap advisory and bulge bracket investment banking. His area of expertise is in European Technology Services including digital engineering, cyber services, managed service providers and software VARs.
Prior to joining Kroll, Hamish was Managing Director at Stifel and was previously Head of Mid-Cap TMT at Merrill Lynch (BofA).
He has successfully completed over 75 transactions across diverse sectors including tech services, edtech software, digital media and communications and has expertise across private and public M&A.
Hamish has an MBA from Manchester Business School and a BA in economics from Manchester University.
