Jen specializes in managing insolvent situations requiring complex investigations into suspected fraud or misconduct, leading to litigation against third parties for the benefit of the estate. She also manages a portfolio of contentious cases, which contain an element of suspected fraud, misappropriation of assets, misfeasance or antecedent transactions. Jen also consults on cases to provide an efficient approach to investigations and third-party recoveries, including guiding the in-situ case team, creating claims strategy and managing the litigation process on a variety of size and types of cases.
Prior to joining Kroll, Jen spent 10 years working at RSM, initially in their Core Restructuring team, dealing with liquidations and trading administrations, and latterly in their Special Investigations team.
Jen holds a B.Sc. in business administration in finance from San Diego State University. She is a Fellow of Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA). She also holds a certificate of proficiency in insolvency (CPI).
