Prior to joining Kroll, Jen was an associate at Standard & Poor’s Corporate Value Consulting (CVC).
Jen has extensive experience in performing valuations of businesses and assets for financial reporting, tax and M&A purposes. She has performed valuations for purchase price allocations (ASC 805), impairment testing (ASC 350), stock-based compensation (ASC 718), international tax planning, and estate and gift tax and litigation support purposes.
Jen has also valued a wide variety of intangible assets, including trade names/brands, customer relationships, technology, in-process research and development, franchise rights, contractual relationships and assembled workforce. Although Jen has worked in many industries, she has concentrated primarily in the consumer products, food and beverage, and retail industries.
Jen holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in finance from the University of Georgia.
