Prior to joining Kroll, Jill was the head of the Transfer Pricing practice at Epsilon Economics. She has participated in transfer pricing audits involving negotiations with U.S., Belgian, Canadian, Chinese, Irish and Korean taxing authorities. She has also provided economic analysis for the issuance of asset-backed securities, including statistical sampling and estimation procedures and fair value determinations associated with credit risk retention requirements under the Dodd-Frank Act.
Jill received a B.S. in business economics from Miami University. She is a member of the Chicago Tax Club and the National Association of Business Economics. Jill advises the Economics department of the Richard T. Farmer School of Business Administration at Miami University as a member of the Economic Advisory Board. She is also passionate about her work with the Union League Boys and Girls Clubs as a member of the board of trustees.
