John is an information technology professional with over 17 years of experience, working to build and support electronic discovery service providers across the globe. He has expertise supporting hundreds of large investigations with petabytes of structured and unstructured data in 12 locations across the globe.
Prior to joining Kroll, John built the forensic technology support teams, most recently at PwC (5 years) and previously at EY (15 years). Each team focused on building the electronic discovery IT infrastructure, which, at times, included hardware such as storage area networks (SANs), network attached storage (NAS), network devices, servers and, more recently, cloud-based devices. In addition to building the infrastructure, the team supported all aspects of the IT environment, including the security tools, active directory, databases and the industry-specific applications.
In addition to his significant IT experience, John has assisted financial services and energy clients by functionally transforming their internal compliance and monitoring programs. His experience includes helping corporate information technology and compliance teams develop requirements, identify and select technology, and implement transformational programs, leveraging commercially available software for improving operations.
John holds a BBA in management information systems from the Texas Tech University.
