Jonathan has also been involved in several dispute resolution engagements, including assisting the independent expert in international arbitrations under the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA), International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID), Stockholm Chamber of Commerce Arbitration Institute (SCC), in the UK High Court and in expert determinations.
Prior to joining Kroll, Jonathan was a Senior Manager at Haberman Ilett, which was acquired by Kroll in 2021. Before that, he worked in the forensic accounting practice of a global professional services firm.
At Kroll, Jonathan handles commercial disputes including quantifying loss of profits, damages resulting from breach of contract, forensic reviews of projects and cost-sharing agreements, contentious valuations and completion accounts disputes. He also works on disputes in a range of sectors, including oil and gas, energy, retail and consumer goods and information technology. In addition to his forensic experience, Jonathan has led financial audit and value for money audit engagements for several clients within the public sector.
Jonathan holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Warwick and a certificate in advanced valuation from NYU Stern School of Business. He is also a Chartered Accountant and a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.
