Prior to joining Kroll, Jordan spent four years working for an accounting firm that specialized in insolvency matters. In this role, Jordan assisted both Chapter 7 and Chapter 11 bankruptcy trustees in their investigations and eventual recoveries of funds from multiple parties. These assignments included analyses dealing with preferential payments and fraudulent transfers as well as insider transactions.
Jordan focuses on detailed forensic accounting matters, investigations dealing with possible FCPA violations, reviews of internal controls of Treasury departments, and the drafting of expert reports dealing with these matters.
Jordan has a bachelor’s and master’s degree in accounting from George Washington University. He is also a Certified Public Accountant and Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE).
