Prior to joining Kroll, José served as a major projects director, country manager and managing director at a number of large companies, including EPC contractors and owners or promoters of industrial facilities or generation plants.
Throughout his employment, José has belonged to or directed several corporate committees, such as an executive committee, an industrial safety committee, a quality committee and an environmental committee.
José has extensive experience working in the oil and gas industries, where he was responsible for carrying out numerous projects related to fuel storage terminals, extensions of industrial services in refineries and conventional generation with the development and construction of large projects of cogeneration. He also has experience in renewables, including steam thermal power plants, combined cycle power plants and in developing and building countless photovoltaic and wind power plants.
Throughout his career, José has facilitated the operation of both individual business units and entire companies, accumulating experience in industrial and generation investments totaling more than 2,000 million USD. Additionally, José has directed projects with more than 1,500 participants and valuing $400 million.
