Julia is a managing director in Kroll’s Growth Team and the city leader for Amsterdam. She is responsible for Kroll’s Enterprise Sales strategy, planning and operations, supporting the firm’s clients through the provision of a comprehensive range of solutions for all their governance, risk and growth needs.

Julia has over 20 years’ experience of managing international operations and business development in professional and financial services industries. She was previously the Group General Manager of Borrelli Walsh, which was acquired by Kroll in 2020, where she managed the firm’s global operations. She was a member of the firm’s Executive Committee and responsible for the firm’s international growth and business development.
Julia joined Borrelli Walsh in 2009 from a leading private bank, where she served as an Associate Director for new business development and delivery of the client experience in the Hong Kong market. Prior to that, she spent seven years with an international law firm, in both the Hong Kong and London offices, where she was responsible for business development and client relationship management for the Finance and Dispute Resolution Groups.
Julia has a post-graduate degree in Marketing from London Metropolitan University (formerly London Guildhall University) and a degree in Economics and Geography from the University of Exeter. She qualified as a Chartered Marketer in 2002 (Chartered Institute of Marketing, UK).
