Julie has advised clients on valuation issues in connection with merger and acquisitions, stock option grants, leveraged recapitalization, investments in early stage companies, strategic planning, and bankruptcies and reorganizations in a variety of industries. She has significant experience in business and intangible assets valuation in the financial services and technology industries, including the banking, brokerage, asset management, specialty finance, and FinTech sectors, for financial reporting and tax purposes.
Prior to joining Kroll, Julie served as a vice president in the Financial Advisory Services of Houlihan Lokey, a boutique investment bank, and in various capacities in the Corporate Valuation Consulting and the Transaction Services practices of PricewaterhouseCoopers.
Julie earned her M.B.A. with concentration in Finance and Accounting from Columbia University Graduate School of Business, and her under graduate degree from Keio Gijuku University in Tokyo, Japan. She is a member of The Financial Women’s Association of San Francisco.
