Prior to joining Kroll, Justin was an Investigative Specialist with the FBI. During his tenure with the FBI, he conducted physical and digital surveillance operations in support of vital national security and criminal investigations. These investigations involved cases in counterterrorism, counterintelligence, and cyber- and white-collar crimes. He also has experience collecting and reporting essential elements of information on national intelligence priority framework to support intelligence production. These bold efforts and initiatives enabled the FBI and the United States National Security to receive elements to evaluate threats and vulnerabilities effectively and efficiently, concurrent with the most effective of risk model approaches. Moreover, Justin capably represented himself as a key component of the team for multiple criminal investigations as a member of the FBI’s New York Operation Center. Justin acted as a coordinator for multiple surveillance teams throughout the New York City area during high-value assignments while also being a point of contact for other federal organizations associated with the bureau operations.
Justin holds a B.A. in liberal arts from Franklin and Marshall College and an M.A. in criminal justice from Boston University. He is a Certified Protection Professional (CPP) from ASIS International. He is also a member of the Overseas Security Advisory Council (OSAC) and the Association of Threat Assessment Professionals (ATAP).
