In this role, Karen oversees Kroll’s global marketing strategies, internal and external communications, as well as financial communications, corporate reputation, crisis and issues management and corporate affairs activities.
Karen brings more than two decades of experience as a strategic communications and marketing leader with a proven track record of developing and implementing successful integrated communications and marketing strategies across industries and sectors. Before joining Kroll, Karen served as Chief Communications and Marketing Officer for Cantor Fitzgerald. In this role, Karen oversaw the integrated communications and marketing departments for the Cantor Fitzgerald parent company and its publicly traded affiliates, BGC Group and Newmark Group, creating the infrastructure for automation, distribution, and measurement across the entire organization.
Prior to joining Cantor Fitzgerald, Karen served as Head of Corporate Communications and Marketing for CRT Capital Group, where she led public relations, internal communications and crisis communications. During her tenure, she established a track record of developing and implementing successful integrated communications and marketing strategies. She also held senior roles at Credit Suisse and Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein.
Karen holds a BA in International Affairs from the University of Maryland’s Global Campus in Germany.
Karen is a member of the American Council on Germany. She is also a communications volunteer at the Stamford Police Association and a mentor at Stamford Public High School.
