Kevin leverages more than 14 years of valuation experience assisting a wide range of public entities, such as school districts and municipalities. He also supervises appraisers to ensure valuations are accurate, consistent, and high-quality.
Kevin currently works for the private insurance group within the firm that appraises high-risk properties such as offices and manufacturing plants, food processing, chemical, mining and health care facilities.
Prior to joining the firm, Kevin has extensive experience in insurance, accounting (GASB 34) and property record engagements for the public sector and higher education. Additionally, he has valued assets like buildings, land, land improvements and infrastructure.
Kevin holds a B.A. in economics and english from Rutgers University. He is an accredited senior appraiser with the American Society of Appraisers.
