His experience includes personal property valuation and compliance with a focus on centrally assessed properties, as well as multiple facets of property tax due diligence, including acquisition due diligence, property tax exemption identification and forecasting. Additionally, his background includes obsolescence studies and implementation, as well as value negotiation with jurisdictions.
Before joining Kroll, Kyle worked as a Senior Manager at Ryan, where he generated significant client tax savings by promoting valuation opportunities for various utility types. His client base at Ryan included coal, telecommunications, renewable energy, air freight and merchant power facilities. Before that, he worked as a property tax consultant at K.E. Andrews, focusing on state-assessed properties in the oil and gas pipeline industry, primarily FERC-regulated pipelines across multiple states.
Kyle holds a BBA from the Mays Business School at Texas A&M University. He also holds a Texas property tax consultant license.
