She has worked extensively as part of expert teams providing advice on entitlements to extensions of time and analysis of delay, acceleration and losses of productivity on construction and manufacturing projects globally.
Prior to joining Kroll, Margarita was a director at Blackrock Expert Services, which was acquired by Kroll in 2020.
Margarita has been involved in the preparation of expert reports on delays and disruption on a wide range of projects that includes residential buildings, process and energy facilities and road and rail systems. She has specialized in planning and programming assignments and been involved in the preparation of preliminary and expert reports, conducting project record forensic research and interviewing key project personnel. Margarita has performed the analysis and investigation of delay in a wide range of contexts and using a variety of methodologies, and has excellent skills in database analysis, programming and computer-aided design (CAD) software.
She has worked with owners, engineers, subcontractors and contractors from the UK and internationally to consult on matters related to claims, construction programming and scheduling, contract disputes, project controls and project management.
Margarita studied civil engineering at the National Technical University of Greece and holds a M.S. in project management from the University of Manchester.
