Prior to joining Kroll (formerly Duff & Phelps), Michael was a valuation partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers. He specializes in providing financial advisory assistance to clients in the technology, information, communications and entertainment industries. Michael provides valuation assistance in the form of purchase price allocation analyses, goodwill and intangible asset impairment analyses, equity valuations, and intellectual property valuations. He has significant experience with clients in the semiconductor, PCB, storage, software, SaaS and internet industries. In addition, he has led assignments varying from determining the economic value of a multi-national technology company’s software technology to evaluating and recommending the capital structure for start-up and growth-stage companies.
Michael holds an M.B.A. in finance and a B.A. from the University of California, Berkeley.
