Before joining Kroll, Mo held senior roles at Citibank, including positions in the Netherlands and the UK, focusing on corporate finance and capital markets. He also served as Chief of Staff for Citibank’s Banking, Capital Markets, and Advisory division in Ireland, where he contributed to the Global Aviation team. In addition, Mo has worked with fintech scaleups in strategic and operational roles in the Netherlands and the UK.
Mo has advised leading European multinationals and mid-market companies on strategic mandates, including IPOs, leveraged buyouts, cross-border M&A, structured finance, and capital market issuances. Notably, he was part of the team responsible for a telecom IPO, the first to close after the end of the Iraq war. His contributions earned recognition through the Euromoney Best Investment Bank in Ireland award in 2016 and 2017.
Mo holds degrees from the American University of Beirut (AUB) and Georgetown University. Beyond his professional work, he is involved in TAP, a talent acquisition platform dedicated to upskilling individuals in underprivileged and war-affected regions.
